The location is far from attractions, requiring a car!!! Service during meals is excessively slow, and there are limited dining options!!! Unexpected closures of facilities are disappointing and should be communicated clearly!!!

All the facilities are very good, overall clean hotel, its location is lovely sure to go to the footpath. The staff is amicable and accommodating. Friendly service, the breakfast is wonderful.

Take advantage of the tuk-tuk service for easy access to nearby attractions, making your stay more convenient without needing to drive.

deluxe room had upgrades, it was new-fashioned and spotless. it had a very comfy bed and included a large bathroom hairdryers, a bidet, and complimentary toiletries. the exceptionally friendly staff accommodated all the needs. the services were friendly, offered us good free wi-fi.

great location but some service gaps

The location near the marina was fantastic, with access to scenic boat trips. The pool area offered a lovely space to unwind after exploring. The staff at reception, especially Antonella, were helpful with local tips and arrangements. I enjoyed the garden view from our room.

Service during meals could be improved, especially in terms of speed.

The venue has huge rooms with comfortable seating to hang out and bath tub plus wine glasses and outstandingly accommodating staff. Hotel's breakfast is excellent with fresh croissants and the hot drink and excellent coffee.

Spacious, private room with lovely outdoor space. The breakfast selection was great, and the supportive staff facilitated enjoyable trips to the nearby marina.

Inconsistent service led to long waits for meals. The location was inconvenient. A car is essential to access nearby attractions comfortably.

I loved relaxing by the lovely pool and indulging in the amazing chocolate croissants at breakfast. There were comfy sun loungers and a great spa for an extra touch of pampering. Just a heads-up, the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty, but it didn't ruin my chill vibe. 😊

Nice pool but service issues

The pool area is amazing with great service for food and drinks. Our room was spacious and comfy. It's a bit far from town, so def bring a car. Breakfast was a bit chaotic though, and they needed better organization. The waitstaff at dinner could use some training too, there were some mix-ups with orders and service was slow.

Great hotel with great amenities like a swimming pool, fitness centre, and a bar. The staff was helpful in serving my elderly parents during my first stay. I'm coming back for a weekend!

Polignano a Mare's culinary scene is a delight for the senses, with local gems serving up fresh seafood and hearty pasta dishes that scream authenticity. For a quick bite, La Colonna is just a quick stroll away, dishing up rustic fare that'll have your taste buds dancing! On another note, the comfortable rooms were bright and spacious, and the reception staff's patience with my Italian was endearing.

On the flip side, the advertised spa was a bit of a tease since it came with a €20 price tag for just an hour. Plus, navigating the hotel reminded me of a scavenger hunt at night due to locked gates and no clear access info, leaving us too long wandering in circles. It lacked that polished touch you'd expect for what you're paying.
